American Bank of Freedom is a rapidly growing bank based in Wright City, MO, with branches and loan production offices across five states—Colorado, Missouri, Indiana, Illinois, and Tennessee. Quickly approaching the $1 billion mark, the bank recognized the need to enhance efficiency and transparency across operations.
To address this, American Bank of Freedom will streamline and optimize processes through Teslar, starting with Construction Inspection/Draw System. They have a concentration of construction loans they want to ensure are being monitored and managed correctly, but their current system is more complex than needed, so they are looking forward to the straightforward solution Teslar provides.
The bank also plans to implement Teslar's exception tracking tools to automate their exceptions management processes. "Our current tracking methods are somewhat haphazard. We go over exceptions at loan committee once a month, but people don’t always remember to go back and look at exception reports or work to clear those exceptions quickly. With Teslar's dashboards, our lenders spanning across five states will have daily visibility into outstanding items, facilitating real-time action and accountability,” said Susan Nash, Chief Credit Officer at American Bank of Freedom.
