As part of their continued focus on strengthening internal operations and enhancing transparency, First Bank is partnering with Teslar to modernize exception tracking, reporting, and post-close processes.

Enhanced reporting capabilities will be a significant advancement, particularly as leadership looks to leverage portfolio-level dashboards and board-ready reporting for a more transparent, one-click view of loan health and exception status across the organization. Teslar will complement the bank’s existing systems, owning the post-close exception and reporting experience while integrating into the broader lending ecosystem.

Over time, the bank plans to explore additional capabilities aimed at consolidating more of the loan lifecycle into a single, intuitive platform.
