Session: Learning Lab: Don't get LOSt - Consumer LOS Walkthrough (Pre-Registration Required)

Who Should Join: This session is for operations staff and administrators looking for a deeper understanding of Consumer LOS, especially those involved in day-to-day loan processing or system setup.
This Learning Lab will walk attendees through key stages of the consumer loan lifecycle and the admin settings behind essential Consumer LOS features. Luke will show attendees how to configure those features around their institution’s processes and identify areas where workflows can be improved.
Attendees will also see how application intake, document collection, vendor interactions, and decisioning come together within Consumer LOS. The walkthrough will connect these parts of the lending process so attendees can better understand how their setup impacts the experience from application through decisioning.
