Welcome Jack Strouse to the Support team as the newest Support Specialist!

In his role here at Teslar Software, Jack will support our clients by diagnosing and resolving software-related issues. We chatted with Jack and asked him a few “getting to know you” questions to help us get better acquainted:

 

**What fictional place would you most like to visit?**

*The Land of Ooo from Adventure Time. It’s a post-nuclear-apocalypse Earth with magic and robots.*

**What’s your favorite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat?**

*Mostly sitcoms: Seinfeld, Frasier, BoJack Horseman, and Parks and Rec.*

**Do you have any pets?**

*No, but my roommate has two cats and a dog that act like clingy children. So basically, I guess, yeah, I have two cats and a dog.*

**What’s your most-used productivity hack?**

*Just do something, anything to get started. It’s harder to start from scratch than it is to revise or continue working on something that you started yesterday.*
