John McDaniel is the vice president of software engineering for Teslar Software, a provider of automated workflow and portfolio management tools that help community financial institutions thrive. McDaniel spearheads the software engineering team, overseeing project management and daily operations. In this role, he helps guide the strategic direction and evolution of Teslar’s technology. Before joining Teslar, McDaniel served as a lead programmer and analyst for Tyson Foods, Inc. for nearly 20 years. McDaniel received an associate’s degree in computer science from Collin County Community College. He currently resides in Northwest Arkansas with his wife and three children.
