We held the celebration at The Ledger in Bentonville, the perfect venue since we were also hosting our annual user conference there the very next day. Bringing all our employees together for some well-deserved appreciation was the best way to build excitement and momentum for kicking off our customer event and welcoming community bankers to Northwest Arkansas. We were also honored to have our Board of Directors join us, and we took the opportunity to recognize their invaluable contributions as well.
One of the highlights of the event for me was the launch of our new Years of Service program. Thanks to the help of some artistic and creative team mates, we also introduced our very own internal mascot—an astronaut named 3E—who will be apart of each milestone. Whether it’s one, three, five, ten, fifteen, and beyond, each milestone’s commemorative pin features a unique design of 3E.
We kicked off the celebration with hors d’oeuvres, then had a presentation recognizing each employee’s Teslarversary, years of service, and their favorite thing about working at Teslar (or funny memory). We also had cake to celebrate Teslar’s Sweet 16. It was a wonderful opportunity to see everyone come together and celebrate our wins, which our biggest win is our people!
We are incredibly proud of our team and grateful for their hard work and commitment to making Teslar an amazing company and product. This event was just a small token of our appreciation, and we look forward to many more celebrations in the future. Here’s to our amazing team and the bright future ahead!
