We are excited to announce our partnership with Hoosier Hills Credit Union!

Known for their community focus, member-first mindset, and competitive rates, Bedford, IN-based Hoosier Hills Credit Union serves 40 counties across southern Indiana and northern Kentucky with a full range of personal and business banking services.

To support continued growth and drive greater efficiency, visibility, and service, HHCU is refining their lending operations from the ground up. By partnering with Teslar, the credit union aims to streamline internal processes and improve data visibility.

“We recognized that many of our back-office processes involve too many touchpoints and too much manual effort,” said Ashley Wilkerson, Senior Vice President of Lending Operations. “Right now, many of these functions are decentralized and rely heavily on email. One of our goals with Teslar is to automate and centralize these functions to improve efficiency and enhance the experience for both our members and our team.”

While the platform’s workflow capabilities stood out as a strength, Teslar’s ability to improve data visibility is equally valuable. “Having easy access to insights around our portfolio and financial health will be a major benefit,” added Wilkerson. “From audit readiness to consistent exceptions review and management, having real-time data at our fingertips will be a significant lift for our team.”
