Karnes County National Bank Partners with Teslar Software

Karnes County National Bank has proudly served the Karnes City, TX community since 1901, earning a reputation for fast, friendly service and deep community roots. Now, KCNB is taking steps to enhance operational efficiency and better support their customers.

The bank was seeking a solution to cohesively manage both collateral and non-collateral exceptions, while also strengthening preparedness for OCC examinations. To accomplish this, KCNB is partnering with Teslar. Teslar’s platform meets those needs and will help achieve the bank’s goals of simplifying processes, mitigating risk, and improving communication internally and externally.

The bank will start by implementing Teslar’s Exceptions tools, Pipeline for Lending Retail, Customer Portal and Workflows to unify their lending operations into a single, centralized system.

“Our loan team needed a platform that could centralize everything—exceptions, imaging, workflows, pipelines,” said Samantha Brewer, Project Manager at KNCB. “With our previous process, it felt like we were constantly jumping back and forth just to get basic information. Teslar brings it all into one place and makes it easy.”
