Giving customers more flexibility shouldn't come at the expense of visibility or control. This TUNE session explores how Teslar's customer, new account, and secure document upload portals help institutions provide a better customer experience by allowing customers to securely submit documents, manage their loan application pipeline, and interact with banking processes on their own time.

Who Should Join: This session is for users who are new to these portals and want to streamline their workflow while giving customers more autonomy throughout the lending process.

This breakout session will demonstrate how customers can securely upload documents, manage their own loan application pipeline, and interact with your institution's processes without the need for constant back-and-forth. Attendees will also learn how to manage sets of entities within the Customer Portal and allow customers to upload and manage exception-related documents while maintaining visibility throughout the process.
