2024 Teslar User Conference: Insights, Highlights, and Looking Ahead

This September, we hosted our annual User Conference in downtown Bentonville, AR, bringing together an incredible group of community bankers and the Teslar team for two days of collaborative discussions, learning, and exploring new opportunities for how Teslar can support banks in achieving their strategic goals.

The laid-back yet engaging atmosphere, coupled with a focus on sharing knowledge and creating a culture of collaboration, made for a memorable experience. One attendee put it best, “It was business but also casual. The vibe of the conference is what I most enjoyed. The team made me feel welcome.”

Our event featured a robust lineup of keynotes, panels, and breakout sessions, each designed to empower our clients with the knowledge and tools they need to succeed.

Product and roadmap sessions were a highlight of the conference, offering attendees a firsthand look at the latest enhancements to Teslar’s platform. Through in-depth presentations, our team demonstrated how these updates will streamline operations and elevate the user experience. The keynote sessions led by Teslar’s leadership team showcased our transparency and commitment to continuous improvement, providing a space for open discussions about our future direction. The event wrapped up with a vision-casting session, sharing strategic initiatives for 2025 and beyond, inviting feedback from attendees on our product roadmap.

In addition, the Power User Panel, always a crowd favorite, featured some of our seasoned clients sharing their unique strategies and success stories. This interactive session allowed peers to ask questions, exchange insights, and gain a deeper understanding of how to maximize Teslar’s capabilities. Throughout the conference, breakout sessions enabled participants to dive deeper into specific modules, providing practical takeaways and strategies for optimizing processes.

We also prioritized ample time for networking, creating meaningful opportunities for attendees to brainstorm, learn from one another, and forge valuable industry connections that will last long after the event.

Connecting the Teslar Community

One of the greatest values of our annual conference is the chance to connect in person. It was inspiring to see our community—composed of both new clients and long-time partners—come together, share their stories, and collaborate on tackling today’s challenges. The opportunities to engage one-on-one with peers and our Teslar team helped strengthen the sense of community we’re proud to cultivate.
