Welcome Ryan Esquell to the Team

Please join us in welcoming Ryan Esquell to the Sales & Marketing team as the newest Sr. Account Executive!

Ryan joins us with 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, including internet banking, consulting, and ATM providers. He is passionate about helping clients meet their goals and overcome obstacles.

In his role here at Teslar, Ryan will work with prospective clients to help drive efficiency and streamline processes to help their financial institutions grow.

We chatted with Ryan and asked him a few “getting to know you” questions to help us get better acquainted:

What’s your favorite TV show—the one you’re always watching on repeat?

Big Bang Theory. I find it humorous, full of life lessons, and love the fact the unsuspecting guy actually gets the pretty girl (kind of like what happened with my wife Julie and I).

What would we most likely find you doing on the weekend?

Sitting on the back porch with my wife, Julie, and the dogs (Bailey & Barley) listening to red dirt music, drinking a frosty beverage, and grilling up something delicious like snapper on the half shell or a big fat juicy ribeye steak. If not doing that to relax, which I don’t do much of, then I’m usually doing yard work, chasing whitetail across the pastures of the Texas Hill Country, or spending the weekend in the middle of the Gulf of Mexico chasing yellow-fin tuna, swordfish, and whatever else we can get to bite a hook.

Which historical figure would you most like to meet?

Most definitely Jesus!! The reason is he has always walked with and listened to me. The most pressing question I’d like to ask is why he has always blessed me. Not sure that I have ever been quite deserving of his love. The other historical figure is Sam Houston, just so I can shake his hand for helping Texas become a part of the greatest nation in the world, the United States.

What’s the top destination on your must-visit list?

Normandy, to honor those that fought so valiantly on my behalf. The other is Alaska, so that before my life is over can see the majestic beauty God has provided and maybe catch a few fish or hunt something cool along the way!!
